Apparently in men’s tennis, a grand slam actually means finding a girlfriend who is beautiful, accomplished and a style star in her own right. First Andy Murray’s girlfriend Kim Sears gave us major hair envy, and now we’re finding ourselves obsessing over Novak Djokovic’s fiancée’s style.
Jelena Ristic, who just got engaged to the world’s No. 1 tennis player, is not only one-half of the “Will and Kate of Serbia,” she’s also has her master’s degree in management and used to model swimwear. And now she spends a lot of time hanging out with billionaires and looking amazing in couture. Below, three things to know about her style.

Her black-tie wardrobe is better than yours. And possibly everyone’s in Hollywood. Ristic spends a lot of time in formalwear on the arm of her handsome man. You’ll see her in Oscar de la Renta, Alexander McQueen, and some perfectly fitted custom pieces at galas all over the globe. But she tends to keep things sporty and low-key, regardless of the price tag of the gown. Fresh-faced with low-key hair appears to be her beauty MO.
Her tennis outfits are freaking adorable. As befitting the fiancée of a tennis superstar, Ristic has a full complement of fun and coordinated tennis gear. And far be it from her to wear some greasy pony and a sporty visor. Instead she wears a cool fishtail braid and a trendy fedora.
She gets to wear jeans next to Anna Wintour. Very few people get the privilege of sporting denim next to the ice queen editor of Vogue, but La Wintour happens to be a major tennis fan, so apparently Ristic gets to be an exception. In the front row of Ralph Lauren at New York Fashion Week, she brought her best skinny jeans style, and no one batted an eye.
What do you think of Ristic’s style? Are you excited about this power couple?
