When it comes to toxins in your beauty products, you shouldn't wonder how often those dangerous ingredients are present in those pretty packages, but rather how often they aren't present.
Celebrity makeup artist and natural beauty expert Katey Denno stopped by HuffPost Live on Friday to give us an idea of just how prevalent these potentially harmful ingredients are in the products we use every day. The most jaw-dropping discovery? There are over 10,000 toxic ingredients in your cosmetics, hair products and skin creams.
"Unless they're saying 'non-toxic,' or 'green' or 'all natural,' 80 percent of the time they're containing at least one of these," Denno said.
