Taylor Swift and Andreja Pejic Wear Incredibly Similar Low Cut Dresses (from the Same Designer!) at Oscars Afterparties

Here at PeopleStyle, we’re obsessed with Fashion Faceoff moments (and track them extensively!). So we know it’s a rare, rare day when two stars choose similar-style gowns on the exact same night! Taylor Swift and transgender model Andreja Pejic both wore sexy, plunging, slit up-to-there Alexandre Vauthier gowns at two of the hottest Oscars afterparties.

We did our research, and it turns out, they both didn’t reach for the same straight-off-the-runway piece, instead combing the archives for dresses that span a few years back.

Swift wore an Alexandre Vauthier archive piece that was never produced, while Pejic went with a commercial version that was available for purchase back in 2013.

Even though they look so similar upon first glance, Swift’s Vanity Fair Oscar party design featured a bit of a deeper V-neck gown with an attached metallic choker necklace. She teamed the look with strappy gold sandals and a matching clutch. Pejic’s style had a gathered halter neckline and was accessorized with black heels and bag.

While, it’s too soon to tell how much “Bad Blood” will be spilled over the red carpet run-in, we have a feeling Swift may be forgiving. The two are friends, and Pejic was actually featured on stage during Swift’s tour last summer! But we need to know: which Faceoff is your favorite?
