Tamra is Barney no longer! The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star tied the knot in the finale of her own spinoff series, "Tamra's OC Wedding." She is now and forever more -- hopefully -- Tamra Judge. And while it was a beautiful and emotional event, viewers weren't privy to all of the key moments.
They saw Eddie and Tamra's exchange. "I promise to always love you," he promised her. As for Tamra, she got a few laughs with her words. "“It takes a man with a big heart to take on a woman with four kids and more baggage than Louis Vuitton has to offer," she said. "I promise to love, honor and cherish you, but I might have a problem with obeying you.”
Eddie also gave vows to the aforementioned four kids, but viewers didn't get to see those. Tamra's ex-husband wouldn't sign off on the children appearing on the show, even though they were a part of the wedding ceremony. Luckily, the couple got a chance to at least talk about that special moment during an appearance on "Watch What Happens: Live" Monday night.
“I wanted the children to know that I’m taking on not just her, but the entire family. I wanted them to feel as part of this," Eddie explained. "So, I had special vows just for the children, so they know that I love them just as much as I love their mom.”
The Stir's Rebecca Stokes found herself surprisingly disappointed that things weren't more dramatic. "Everyone cried either at the ceremony or at the reception. Somewhere a tissue mogul is twirling his mustache and cackling. All the 'Housewives' wept too -- but out of happiness! Yes, in spite of all of Eddie's concerns, the wives were present, and they mostly behaved themselves.” That's probably why Bravo only got three episodes out of the event.
“All in all, the wedding was perfect, and you could really feel the love between Eddie and Tamra, not to mention the love that their friends all have for them," wrote Wetpaint's Ryan Gajewski. And with the ceremony over, the new couple is ready for the next season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County." Hopefully, they'll find more drama ... Oh, who are we kidding? Of course they will!
