Date night stripes! Chrissy Teigen brought out the Balmain for a date night with her husband, John Legend, in L.A. on Tuesday, Oct. 27.

The pair were each other's best accessory, as they held hands, walking with one another to Nobu. The Lip Sync Battle host, 29, who announced that she is pregnant on Monday, Oct. 12, on Instagram, looked radiant in the two-piece gold and black striped lurex ensemble, which she paired with a semi-sheer shirt, a black clutch, and minimalist heels. Legend, 35, worked a casual button-down sweater with a slim-fit dark dress shirt and matching slacks for the occasion.

Teigen's $1,263 knit skirt and cardigan outfit reminded us of another time we saw those Balmain stripes on a proud member of the Olivier Rousteing-fronted fashion brand's army: Kim Kardashian.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 35, sported the pantsuit version of the black and gold look at a Cannes Film Festival event in June. Kardashian wore the longer cardigan, which retails for $2,785, draped over her shoulders with a black tank, and the matching pair of pants ($2,385).

But wait, there's more! Kris Jenner — mother to the Kardashian-Jenner crew — stepped out in the Selfish author's exact outfit earlier this month, on Oct. 2, for a Paris Fashion Week event. Jenner chose to accessorize with thick-banded statement rings, a black choker, and a pair of round sunglasses.
