People's Choice Awards 2015 Red Carpet: See Kristen Bell, Olivia Munn, and More of the Best-Dressed Stars of the Night!

The people made their choices—now it's our turn!

The 2015 People's Choice Awards, hosted at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre on Wednesday, Jan. 7, was the official beginning of this year's awards season—and the red carpet did not disappoint!

PHOTOS: Everyone at the People's Choice Awards!

While the fan-voted show is always a more causal affair than, say, the Golden Globes, there were still plenty of glam style moments that made us swoon—and got us excited for what's to come.

Best Plunging Neckline: Allison Janney

The evening's co-host (alongside Mom costar Anna Faris) sparkled in a Rani Zakhem gown, showcasing her cleavage. "[The dress] is so tight, it's not going anywhere!" she joked on the red carpet.

Best Post-Baby Style: Kristen Bell

Stepping out onto the red carpet just weeks after giving birth to her second child, Delta, Bell looked happy, healthy, and glowing in her magenta Monique Lhuillier dress. The Frozen actress paired the look with metallic Christian Louboutin heels, a shimmering clutch, and her husband, Dax Shepard, who wore a marsala suit (on point!).

Best Pants Look: Portia de Rossi

Beating out the Ellens—Pompeo and her wife DeGeneres—the Scandal actress' Zuhair Murad jumpsuit took home our top Pants prize thanks to the piece's plunging neckline, open back, and Deco details on the bodice.

Best-Dressed Couple: Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas

Just like Snow White! Goodwin channeled her Once Upon a Time character's namesake hue in a creamy dress by Delphine Manivet (plus Palter DeLiso shoes and a Jill Milan clutch). By her side? None other than her on- and offscreen Prince Charming, Dallas, who looked every bit the dapper royal in an Ermenegildo Zegna suit.

Best Use of Color: Beth Behrs

While de Rossi and Amy Adams also chose the cobalt color, the 2 Broke Girls star wins for the eye-catching pairing of her blue Juan Carlos Obando dress with an orangey-red lip. (She also added a Judith Leiber clutch, plus Phyne by Paige Novick and Tacori jewels.)

Best Black and White Look: Olivia Munn

Black and white was the big trend on the red carpet! But while Katharine McPhee, Kaley Cuoco, and Stana Katic all modeled the hues, Munn stood out in her shimmering Giambattista Valli dress, paired with Christian Louboutin heels, Fred Leighton jewelry, and a Judith Leiber bag.

Best Use of Embellishments: Sarah Hyland

If it ain't broke! Christian Siriano created one of Hyland's most memorable red carpet looks—remember her modern princess two-piece at the 2014 Emmys? So it's no surprise that she turned to him again for her People's Choice look, a delicate silver minidress with a beautifully embellished overlay. Stuart Weitzman shoes, a Jill Milan clutch, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry completed the ensemble.

Best Tease of What's to Come: Viola Davis

And last, but certainly not least, we have Davis! Not only did she take home the prize for Favorite Actress In A New TV Series for her role in How to Get Away With Murder, but she also brought the gun show to town in a cap-sleeved, salmon dress by Escada—check out those biceps! We can’t wait to see her show off her fierce body in another gorgeous look at this Sunday's Golden Globes
