What do you think of the shoes Nicole Kidman‘s wearing in these Jimmy Choo ads? Don’t worry, we’ll give you a moment. We know you might be a little distracted by everything else that’s happening (or not happening, we guess) in the ads.
Back with us? Good. Now we can talk about Kidman’s latest ads for the designer accessories line. Certainly Kidman’s been sexy in her Choo shoots before — her first campaign was mysterious and sultry, while her second was total Bardot-esque bombshell (and had Kidman confessing to dancing on tables!). But they’ve got nothing on her latest photos, which have her showing off her mile-long stems while artfully concealing other assets with a well-placed clutch or blazer.
Kidman’s ads, shot by photographer Solve Sundsbo, were inspired by the theme of “Nature Unleashed,” which you can see in the walk-on-the-wild-side photos like the one below (and if you’re coveting those green shoes, you can blame that on your animal instincts as well).

It’s a big turn for the star most often associated with an elegant, Grace Kelly type of icy beauty or for her laid-back Nashville mom style — and we love that’s she’s playing up her knockout side in her Jimmy Choo ads. As it turns out, she does too: “I really enjoyed working with Solve,” she said in a statement. “It was fun to shoot new and surprising perspectives, it felt a little bit daring [and] dangerous. I loved the minimal styling and how the shoes and bags became like a sensual second skin to me.”
