Lady Gaga debuted a decidedly different look in New York this weekend. The singer has traded her platinum hair and striking makeup for brunette locks, a fresh face and an edgy nose ring.
Gaga went public with her new look at the 20th Annual Watermill Center Summer Benefit at The Watermill Center on Saturday in Water Mill, N.Y. The "ARTPOP" star, dressed in all black, rocked her new septum piercing, bleached eyebrows and raven hair as she hung out with performance artist Marina Abramovic and relaxed on haystacks.
The public might be used to seeing Gaga with neon hair, bold brows and lacquered lips, but fans probably predicted her newest evolution thanks to recent sightings.
Earlier this month, the 27-year-old stepped out with a minimally made-up (and gorgeous) look in Beverly Hills. Last week, photographers Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin posted an au naturel shot of the superstar in the buff. Most recently, she showed off her darker hair in a YouTube video of her getting pierced in Chicago.
