As the youngest member of the expansive Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner grew up in front of four older sisters, all of whom are magazine-spread mainstays.
On a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the reality star finally admitted — after months of speculation — that she has, indeed, enhanced her lips with temporary fillers. “It’s just an insecurity of mine, and it’s what I wanted to do,” she said in defense.
Now, big sis Kim Kardashian reveals that Kylie, 17, has been comparing herself unfavorably to her sisters since she was just 10 years old.

“I saw how for so many years she was so insecure about [her lips],” said Kim, 34, in an interview with Access Hollywood. “I mean, at 10 years old, she would say to me, ‘How come my lips aren’t big like you guys?’
“And I would see this insecurity … For me, I gave her advice and I still stand by that advice,” Kim added. “I think it changed her confidence so much.”
On KUWTK, Kim told her sister to that she only has one life to live, admitting that she won’t even leave the house without Spanx: “If something makes you feel insecure and you’ve been feeling that way forever, who doesn’t want to look amazing?”
The rest of Kylie’s sisters were similarly supportive, though Kendall Jenner, 19, had no idea why anyone was “freaking out or talking about this. No one needs anything — everybody’s beautiful!”
