Kendall Jenner is on a gym hiatus. When we caught up with the supermodel — and creator of a new eye shadow palette for Estée Lauder — she told us that traveling the world walking in fashion shows like Balmain and Chanel for the past month has left little time for fitness. “I’ve been really, really bad and I literally haven’t worked out once since the Victoria Secret show in November,” she tells PeopleStyle. “I’ve been so bad.”
Turns out, she hit the gym hard to prep for her lingerie catwalk debut.

“I worked out so hard for that, like, literally every single day — sometimes twice,” she said. “I’d go to my trainer, then I’d go for a run a couple hours later.” That’s because she really loves pounding the pavement: “I love running outside. You can go on a run on a treadmill but it’s really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff. I don’t do that ever [now]. You’re always like stuck inside, you’re always in a gym, or you’re always in your phone or whatever. So to actually to get outside and run outside, I like it. I enjoy it.”

But, with no Victoria’s Secret lingerie show on the calendar for a while, she’s taking it easy. “I was really on point, and I haven’t been eating the same. Like I’ve been eating just s— all the time. ‘Cause I feel like I’m on vacation now for the past couple months.”

One of her favorite foods to snack on during her downtime are Fritos Chili Cheese. “Ever since I was a kid the only chips that I truly like love and will eat all the time. They’re really bomb.” Though, if she really wants to snack, she just needs to head to big sis Khloe Kardashian’s house. “She has the greatest snacks ever,” says Jenner. “She always has. Literally I walk in her house its dangerous.”
