Now that Mad Men has wrapped filming, January Jones has decided to switch up her hair game — and the look is nothing we could picture on Betty Draper. In fact, it’s essentially the anti-Betty Draper haircut: she’s sporting new blunt bangs to go with her choppy bob.

Jones was snapped at LAX sporting some fresh fringe that hits right above her eyebrows, an unusual length compared to some of the softer styles happening in Hollywood right now. Last summer, Jones also experimented with bangs, but they were a longer, more piecey style than the short heavy ones she has now. We’re definitely curious to see how she styles the look for her upcoming promo tour to kick off the final season of Mad Men.

The star isn’t afraid of color, sporting everything from blonde to brunette to red in her years as an actress. But she’s been keeping up with her signature platinum shade for a while now to help her strands stay healthy.
“I have been every color and now my hair is falling out in clumps,” the star said last year. “I’m going to have to shave it off and wear a wig.”
