"Room" star Brie Larson was the big winner on Sunday night -- and in more ways than one. Yes, she did win the Oscar for Best Actress, but she also won the after party.
Larson owned the red carpet carpet early in the night in an embellished Gucci gown, but slipped into something much more comfortable for the Vanity Fair after party -- namely a pair of Converse sneakers.
Given that it's common knowledge that high heels are bad for your body -- they can lead to back pain, plantar fasciitis and muscle spasms -- you would think that more stars would opt for flats, but that doesn't seem to be the case. So on Oscars Sunday, when Larson kicked off her heels and slipped into some sensible Chuck Taylors, her feet truly won the night. Looks like we found reason No. 345 to fall in love with Ms. Larson.
