When it comes to an easy look, Tabatha agrees with the old adage "less is more". With hair, "you can't do it all," she warns. "Pick what you want to do, and take care of your hair for that look." Feel free to dye or treat your hair, but make sure it's done professionally, with trusted products, and make sure it's maintained and cared for properly.
Healthy Beauty
The first tip to looking great doesn't happen in front of the mirror - it happens in front of the refrigerator. A healthy diet is the key to glowing skin and healthy hair. Some vitamins, like Iron, Vitamin D, and Zinc, are helpful for certain hair types.
