“Diane epitomizes the 21st century archetype of a woman,” Paltrow, 41, said. “She is powerful as she is soft, as entrepreneurial as she is maternal, as free as she is disciplined.”

Some of the line's chic pieces include a black tuxedo jumpsuit for $598 — inspired by a look Paltrow wore to the opening of DVF’s Journey of a Dress Exhibition earlier this year. A revamped version of the designer's famous wrap dress for $498, also appears in the collection. Also, two envelope clutches — one emblazoned with leopard calf hair and the other with diamond dust priced at $268 and $228, respectively — round out the assortment.
Paltrow and von Furstenberg celebrated the exclusive collection with an elaborate garden party complete with decadent floral arrangements and intricate overhead lighting, at the GOOP founder’s private estate on Tuesday, Sept. 9. Among the attendees were Cameron Diaz, who wore the black tuxedo jumpsuit from the line, and Molly Sims who showed up in a flirty black cocktail dress.
