You don't mess with Naomi Campbell, this we all know. But Joan Smalls stepped up to the plate in Ibiza, Spain, this weekend, while celebrating Riccardo Tisci's birthday and posing with Karmen Pedaru. All we can say is: good thing the models were carrying protection!
