Cutting out the middleman seems to be the biggest trend among brands lately (see: Warby Parker and Everlane), and next comes Ivory Row. Conceived by two fashion industry veterans Pierre Kim and Grace Chang, the line of luxurious cashmere basics are meant to be classics that will last. To help keep your purchase like new, they even provide a detailed care guide with step-by-step instructions on how to hand wash their pieces to ensure that they will age beautifully. While all of the 100% cashmere ribbed turtlenecks would be great staples in my closet, my favorite is this merino-blended, flecked turtleneck with bright-blue-ribbed trim at the cuffs. The mix of soft yarns with the jolt of color will be welcome in my monochromatic winter wardrobe. Thrown over leggings, it's perfect for snuggling up on the couch, but I plan on wearing with it everything from dark jeans to midi length skirts once I'm on the go.
