Let the games begin!
As if things aren’t heated enough on The Voice, just wait until you see how competitive the coaches get during a backstage Battle Round game of charades.
Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, old hands on the show, triumphed over new coaches Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys while playing Password on Blind Audition Game Night — but the ladies are ready for a comeback.
“Here’s what we’re about to do,” Keys prompts her fellow coaches in the fun clip, available exclusively on PEOPLE. “Ya’ll won by one lousy point, so we’re having a rematch. We’re doing another game. I’m gonna pick this card, Miley’s gonna make me guess the word by not speaking and just acting it out.”
During the Battle Rounds, the coaches and celebrity advisors work with their teams to develop skill sets, offer up advice and encouragement, and share secrets about their own personal success.
This season, Keys has teamed up with Charlie Puth, Levine with Sammy Hagar, Cyrus with Joan Jett, and Shelton with Bette Midler.
The Voice Battle Rounds begin Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
