New York Fashion Week is definitely a week filled with extremes -- extreme fashion, extreme beauty, extreme personalities. Sometimes, the extremes of NYFW result in beautiful garments and inspiring presentations, but other times the fashion industry leaves us scratching our heads.
While we've more than established that numerous looks that come down the runway are far from wearable, others are flat-out outrageous. Editors might hardly bat an eyelash when they see space age pants on the catwalk, but the average Joe might have some choice words for these looks.
